Just recently I was at a Christmas party talking about tiny feet. A lady told me that on windy days she has to hold on to dear life to not fall to the ground. Thinking about it a small foot has a small surface. This can be a great hazard on windy or icy days. With the current ice storm in Toronto I hope my fellow petite feet ladies took extra care when venturing out.

Another interesting article I found on the web . It talks about how small women with small feet are likely to have c sections.
The advantages of having small feet are many.....its easier to sneak up on people, small foot size equals small foot odour, small shoes are often on sale, small socks look cute hanging on the line, small feet are gentler on the environment !!!!!
Why should men prefer smaller-footed women? One possibility is that smaller foot size is a cue to age, and of course other data strongly imply that men prefer women with cues that correlate with youth. Related, foot size might increase relative to body size when a woman is pregnant, so relative foot size might be a cue to having had fewer offspring, a finding that would again fit with prior research on attractiveness.
